• Credit Deficiency Letters Prepared/Sent to All Students

Digital Studies Reports

• Cameras and editing software that was provided by a grant to Mr. Sherman and will be used to create content for Diamond Ridge next year has been received!

• 22-23 School Year Ideas:

Principal Reports

• Parent Feedback Requested in March & April 2022 Newsletter
• Communications Department to announce Diamond Ridge High School relocation, including an introduction to the neighborhood. An event is being considered with a ribbon cutting and a community service projects.  Diamond Ridge will also have a ‘Mustang Award’ to recognize the Bell View Mustangs, established in 1966.

By-Laws Revision – Review & Approve Final Version

LAND Trust & TSSP Plans – Review Draft Versions

• Plan approved to continue the 21-22 plan, paying for an additional school counselor.

Graduation Plan – May 24, 2022

• Decision Day – May 17, 2022 @ 11:15 AM – Students & Parents Invited!
• Senior Accountability Day – May 18, 2022 – 1:00 PM
• Theme: It always seems impossible until it’s done. – Nelson Mandela
• Midvale Middle School will be the venue for 2022 Graduation
• May 23, 2022 – Memory Book Signing Activity at 2:30 PM

Added to Agenda – Friday Schedule & Next Year’s Bell Schedule

• Early Out vs. Late Start Friday? Friday schedule discussed, with a request by Barry Johnson of a better way to notify parents of excusal.  Johnson also commented that he wishes all students had to come every day, including Friday.
