Welcome & Introduction
• Marie Loudon, new SCC member, introduced and welcomed.

Principal & Counselor Reports
• ACT scheduled for March 8, 2022.
• Attendance Incentive, Jumpstart January, postponed because of COVID.
• Creating Trauma Sensitive Schools (CTSS) Conference scheduled for February 19-22,
2022. Attendees to include:
o Amy Boettger, Principal
o Suzanne Santos, Counselor
o Angela Hallstrom, Teacher
o Gail Maycock, SPED Teacher
o Wendy Quigley, Teacher
o Louis Sherman, Teacher

RI & MI Data Review
• Moved to February Meeting, when District data becomes available.

a) Review Problems w/Current Bylaws
See attached Current Bylaws w/corrections in RED. Corrections made by Susan
Edwards, Canyon School District’s SCC Coordinator.
b) Review and Discuss Propsed New Bylaws First Reading
See attached New Bylaws. SCC Members were asked to read/review for next meeting.

Add Meeting on March 22, 2022 to Review Finalized 22-23 LAND Trust & TSSP Plans

Additional
• Barry Johnson commented on Lacee Le Prey and her excellent work as Student Advocate
at Diamond Ridge High School, having tough conversations when necessary to support
students and parent.
