• Monthly Construction Updates –
Air quality in classroom(s) discussed based on a staff complaint. Construction Company using mitigation practices and an air purifier was added to
a specific classroom (Credit Recovery Lab). When construction is complete, air filters school-wide will be replaced and air flow balanced.
Air purifiers will also be added to every classroom.
• Monthly Digital Citizenship Information –
Ellie Harrison-Valle will be Diamond Ridge’s new Digital Citizenship Coordinator, working in conjunction w/Louis Sherman this year.
Diamond Ridge’s goal this year is three (3) digital citizenship lessons. The lessons will be designed with assistance from
Diamond Ridge’s LCSW – Sifa Tafisi and Social Worker – Jesus Moreno. Parent Engagement to include sharing lessons w/Parents.

• Monthly Counseling Report –
MTEC Field Trip was well attended. Other campus visits will be arranged this year!
Suicide Training w/Faculty & Staff (12.07.22). Suicide Awareness w/Students and Suicide Prevention Parent Night upcoming.
Senior College & Career Readiness (CCRs) complete! Junior’s in progress. Sophomores will be in the spring.
Monthly lessons being shared with Advisory Classes, including Keys to Success.
ASVAB needs to be rescheduled … Unfortunately, not enough interest and/or participants.
• Attendance Contract –
Amy Boettger, Principal, will begin meeting w/Students regarding attendance, putting them on Attendance Contracts.
4. School Plans
• Review current year’s Land Trust and TSSP plans and budget
Budget on track, reevaluate in March, with excess to be used for additional classroom printers.
Cell Tower Funds discussed. Concern and curiosity why Diamond Ridge High School does not recieve funds. Principal to ask Accounting.
• Review School Safety and Digital Literacy Reports
School Safety Plan was approved and finalized. Marie Loundon accessed DRHS’ Report and noted the following two safety concerns:
#1. Safety Concern – Food Bank and School-Wide Access.
PLAN: Relocating Principal Boettger and moving Utah Food Bank to previous office. Patrons will not have school-wide access.
#2. Propped Doors and School Access
PLAN: Construction Company will be asked to watch all entrances/exits as they deliver supplies and work on Diamond Ridge High School.
Teachers will received CSD’s new procedure training.
School Digital Literacy Plan was approved and finalized.
• Land Trust and TSSA for 2023-24 Planning
2023-24 No Intern
Grander Graduation Ceremony discussed as possibility for funding, including dates and locations discussed for 2023.
5. Bylaws Review and Proposed Revisions
Under consideration. Re-visit and vote on February 7, 2023.
