3. Monthly Updates/Reports
        • Monthly Construction Updates –
          Electrical Panel delivery not until June 2023.  Light switches from October finally installed!
          Air quality in classroom(s) discussed based on a staff complaint. Construction Company using mitigation practices and an air purifier was added to
          a specific classroom (Credit Recovery Lab). When construction is complete, air filters school-wide will be replaced and air flow balanced. 
          Air purifiers will also be added to every classroom.
          School-Wide security has improved w/new construction company. 
          No more propped doors and suspicious activity being reported.  Appearance for parent teacher conference much better.

        • Monthly Digital Citizenship Information –
          Ellie Harrison-Valle will be Diamond Ridge’s new Digital Citizenship Coordinator, working in conjunction w/Louis Sherman this year.
          Diamond Ridge’s goal this year is three (3) digital citizenship lessons. The lessons will be designed with assistance from
          Diamond Ridge’s LCSW – Sifa Tafisi and Social Worker – Jesus Moreno. Parent Engagement to include sharing lessons w/Parents.
          Lessons will be formalized and distributed next year.
          Advisory to include Vocabulary … Thursday w/three (3) words a week.  Students Pre & Post-Tested.  Restorative Justice Cirlce used, as well.

          Lifelines Presentations have been unattended in the past, adding and advertising on website.
          CAYSE Survey to be conducted at Diamond Ridge High School this year!  More details to come.
          Wellness Fair –  Fall 2023

        School Safety Improvements –
          Community Food Bank Relocated.  A lot less unknown traffic in school!
          School Safety Committee formed.  First drill will be on Wednesday – Shelter in Place.  April (04.20) Utah Shake Out drill will be held.
          School Safety Committee will be working on a School Safety Plan for Diamond Ridge High School

4. School Plans
        • Review data and student progress and discuss priorities for Land Trust and TSSP plans for 23-24 school year
          Currently paying for counselor.  Matching funds from CSD will cease this year.
          School-Wide attendance improvement w/Permit signed at orientation and influx of so many new students!
          Diamond Ridge working towards becoming a Trauma Informed school.
          Cell Tower Funds discussed.  Concern and curiosity why Diamond Ridge High School does not recieve funds.  No response from CSD
          Use 2023-24 funding for Teacher Assistant (TA) that could serve in many/various classes.


5. Bylaws Review and Proposed Revisions
           Bruce MacArthur approved (Article III, 1C) as a new member of Diamond Ridge’s SCC.         
           Bylaw revisions accepted and approved.

Introduction of Jared Tucker, formerly of Alta High School.  Experience in Corrections in previous state.  Experience w/Restorative Justice and circles.
         Will be serving both Canyons Online and Diamond Ridge High School.
